主要職責：

• 遵照聖經的教訓盡責，在信仰和品行上做信徒的榜樣，傳道及培養信徒的信德，用愛心牧養教會
• 與英文部牧師及長執同心推動教會事工
• 裝備門徒與提升會友靈命的成長
• 輔導牧養本會台語部各團契及小組並對會友提供關懷
• 帶領會眾對社區宣揚福音

候選人資格如下：

• 具傳福音及拓展教會的異象
• 按立牧師且具有 3 年以上牧會經驗
• 神學院道學碩士或同等學歷
• 具流利台語講道及英文溝通能力
• 有溝通技巧、領導能力、並注重團隊服事
• 了解並認同台灣文化
• 具北美牧會經驗為佳

Seattle Formosan Christian Church is seeking a pastor to serve in its Taiwanese ministry.

The pastor's main responsibilities are

• Serve in accordance with the teachings of the Bible, be a role model in faith and action, preach and train the faith of believers, use love to shepherd the church.
• Work together with pastor(s) from English ministry, elders and deacons to promote church ministries.
• Equip disciples and enhance the spiritual growth of members.
• Counsel and shepherd the fellowships and small groups in the Taiwanese ministry and care for church members.
• Lead congregation to share the gospel to the community.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have vision for evangelism and church growth
• Have good communication and leadership skills and values team-based ministry
• Have a Master of Divinity or equivalent degree from a seminary or equivalent institution
• Be ordained with 3 or more years of pastoral experience
• Be able to preach in Taiwanese and ability to communicate in English
• Have strong grasp of Taiwanese culture
• Ministry experience in North America preferred
