2.  職缺 :  兒童事工主任 ( 半職 )

資格：

• 具溫柔接納的態度，以榜樣教導孩童
• 基督徒教育碩士或神學院兒童事工訓練

1. Job Title: Associate/Assistant Pastor

(Areas of ministry: Mandarin students & church caring)

Qualifications

1. Seminary Degree (M.Div. preferred)
2. 3 years of pastoral experience required
3. 10 years of students ministry experience required (Experience may include internship, mission work or volunteering ministries)
4. Strong burden in sharing Gospel with international students
5. Mandarin speaking

Job Descriptions

1. Will be assigned a specific ministry target group to oversee. (At the time of hiring: Develop and oversee the Mandarin ministry as part of the church ministry.)
2. Develops and exercises Personal Evangelism within and outside the church.
3. Recruit and train voluntary coworkers.
4. Teaches regular Bible study classes.
5. Prepare and deliver Sunday worship sermon.
6. Discipleship and coworker training.
7. Pray with church members and guests who express difficulties in their life.
8. Visits church members and guests.
9. Follow the vision of the senior pastor.
10. Represents the Senior Pastor at committee and ministry team meetings as requested.
11. Performs other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
12. Position solely accountable to Senior Pastor.

2. Job Title: Children Ministry Director (Part-time)

Qualifications

1. Born again Christian.
2. Willing to join SFCC as a member.
3. A desire to teach and mentor children with patience and an accepting heart.
4. MA in Christian Education or Seminary Children Ministry Training.
5. Multi-ethnic culture background. Able to speak Taiwanese or Mandarin a plus.

Job Descriptions

1. Oversee all aspects of children's ministry.
2. Oversee the quality and content of children's ministry curriculum.
3. Recruit, screen, and schedule the volunteers needed to staff the children's ministry.
4. Provide ongoing systematic training for all areas of the children's ministry.
5. Meet regularly with staff and teachers.
6. Follow the vision of the senior pastor.
7. Represents the Senior Pastor at committee and ministry team meetings as requested.
8. Performs other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
9. Position solely accountable to Senior Pastor.
